The staff of Northern Illinois Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery is a group of dedicated professionals committed to providing quality care. Our staff is kept up-to-date on billing, coding, insurance issues and office procedures through continuing education seminars to better serve our patients.
Our excellent Surgical Technicians make sure that our patients’ intra-operative and hospital care is the best it can be. Through the experience and expertise of Rebecca Schock, CSA and Angelyn Zenker, CST, Northern Illinois Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery is one of the few cardiac programs in the Chicagoland area offering routine endoscopic harvesting of the saphenous vein. This eliminates the need for long or multiple leg incisions, dramatically improving outcomes and patient satisfaction.
